Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held at 2177 Blue Willow Crescent, Ottawa ON Refer to Article 11 – Schedule of Events, for date and time. Personal Protective Equipment, safety boots, hard hat, high visibility vest, mask and COVID-19 protection measures (as per Ottawa Public Health guidelines) are required for the meeting. Please email Julie-Ann Williams at Julie-Ann.Williams@ottawa.ca by 3:00 Tuesday April 20, 2021 with the names and email addresses of the individuals who wishes to attend the site meeting. A scheduled time will be provided to each bidder. There will be no confined space access during the site visit.
