Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Public Works and Environmental Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to supply and deliver granular activated carbon to the Vars Water Treatment Plant located at 2512 Devine Road, Vars, Ontario, K0A 3H0.

Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Wednesday, 28 October 2020. All inquiries received and the answers as provided by the Project Authority will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum without naming the source of the inquiry.
