Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held on Wednesday March 24th at 9:00am starting at the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Center (ROPEC), 800 Green Creek Drive, then to Lemieux Island WPP, 1 Onigam Street, Britannia WPP, 2731 Cassels Street, and ending at the Trail Road Landfill, 4475 Trail Road.

All Bidders attending the site meeting must sign in at the security gate and the guard will direct them to the meeting location.

ALL BIDDERS ATTENDING THE SITE MEETING ARE REQUIRED TO REVIEW AND ABIDE BY THE CONTRACTED SERVICES REQUIREMENTS DURING COVID-19 INFORMATION DETAILED IN APPENDIX II of the the RFT document.
