The Water Services Branch of City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of on-site stand-by high angle rescue services for water towers/elevated tanks and other elevated infrastructures that meet the criteria, which include detailed fall rescue plans for each climbing activity, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications, (the “Work”).
