Requirement:
The City of Ottawa’s Public Works and Environmental Services Department is seeking offers from firms and independent contractors to provide all labour, equipment and materials for the spring erection and fall dismantling of the gull management systems required at Britannia Beach located at 2805 Carling Avenue and Mooney’s Bay Beach located at 2926 Riverside Drive, Ottawa.
Inquiries:
All inquiries regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) are to be directed to the Administrative Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than Thursday, February 25th, 2021. All inquiries received, and the answers as provided by the Project Authority, will be provided to all Proponents by way of written addendum, no later than Friday, February 26th, 2021 without naming the source of the inquiry.
