Description

To provide all labour, materials and equipment for the cleaning of the landfill leachate collection system (the "Work") in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out herein and which have been itemized in the Price Schedule(s).

The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), minus any prompt payment discount offered.

All tender submissions must be received VIA MERX no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 20 February 2020. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted.

A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price is required with this RFT.
