Description

REQUIREMENT:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for a qualified service provider to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for Tree Treatment Services at various locations as part of its Spongy Moth (Lymantria dispar dispar (LDD)) management strategy in accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications of RFQ No. 15222-95845-Q01.
As part of its Spongy Moth (Lymantria dispar dispar (LDD)) management strategy, the City of Ottawa is creating with an injection program for selected trees on City property. This contract is part of a pilot program for Spongy Moth (LDD) control and tree protection.
Only TreeAzinTM shall be applied in the administration of this contract at the dosage rate of 3ml/cm in accordance with accepted techniques and in compliance with all municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations.
Spongy Moth (LDD) Treatment Service Provider shall inject approximately 200 trees, totaling approximately 9000 cm in diameter at 3ml/cm.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The period of contract shall commence on 16 May 2022 and shall end on 6 June 2022.
