1. Respondents' Information Meeting: Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend A respondents’ information meeting which will be held on the date and time identified in article 1.12 – Proposed Schedule of Events below. The meeting will be held remotely, and Respondents will be required to call into Microsoft Teams meeting; the coordinates of which will be provided by the Administrative Authority on Friday, 5 November, 2021. To confirm attendance, please email the Administrative Authority at Julie-Ann.Williams@Ottawa.ca by 4 PM, Thursday, 4 November, 2021.
2. Site Visit: All respondents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit at the Ottawa South Pump Station Site, located at 4060 Albion Road, Ottawa ON; refer to Article 1.12 - Proposed Schedule of Events. Please be advised that all personnel attending the site visit will require a CSA approved hard-hat and pair of CSA approved safety boots. All questions following the site visit must be submitted to the Administrative Authority in accordance with the instructions provided in Article 1.7 -Inquiries and Addenda. Inquiries will be addressed by way of an addendum to parties who order the RFQ through MERX. Please email Julie-Ann Williams at Julie-Ann.Williams@ottawa.ca by Monday 08 November 2021; 3:00pm with the names and email addresses of the individuals who wishes to attend the site meeting.
