Additional Bidding Instructions

Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held at Canterbury Pool – 2185 Arch Street, Ottawa, ON. Refer to Article 10 – Schedule of Events, for date and time. Please be advised that effective September 7, 2021 the City of Ottawa has implemented a Vaccination Policy that applies to contractors. Details of the policy can be found at Administrative policies | City of Ottawa. Bidders are required to provide proof of vaccination collected at the door or proof of negative test for the Canterbury Pool site visit. Personal Protective Equipment, safety boots, hard hat, high visibility vest, mask and COVID-19 protection measures (as per Ottawa Public Health guidelines) are required for the meeting. Please email Julie-Ann Williams at Julie-Ann.Williams@ottawa.ca by Monday 08 November 2021, 1:00 pm with the names and email addresses of the individuals who wishes to attend the site meeting.
