Description

The City of Ottawa and Ottawa Police Service (OPS) (herein referred to as “the City”) is seeking bidders to provide system phone maintenance services for the existing Administrative and NG9-1-1 Telephony Solution and Ancillary Equipment installed that are comprised of major elements from Avaya, Komutel and NICE to operate one (1) primary public safety answering point with a backup site within the OPS. Each OPS location is a high profile, mission critical operation that requires continuous uninterrupted service for the OPS to maintain community safety through the provision of emergency 9-1-1 call taking and dispatch services within the City of Ottawa.
