Description

Health Protection & Clinical Services Branch of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Dental Treatment Supplies on an as and when requested basis to various dental clinics throughout the City of Ottawa, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer.

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).

All information submitted in response to this RFSO is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
