Description

The City of Ottawa has a requirement for 750 Microsoft M365 A5 licenses for Ottawa Public Library, as well as other licenses on an as-and-when-requested basis.

Prospective bidders are invited to participate in a Bidders Conference, which will occur via MS Teams on 13 April 2021 at 11:00am EST. The Bidders Conference will permit both the City and prospective bidders to take part in an open exchange which can encourage better dialogue than the traditional question and answer process. The intent of the Bidders Conference is to ensure an understanding of the terms and conditions that will govern the resulting contract between the City of Ottawa and the Lowest Responsive Bidder. Prospective bidders should contact the Contracting Authority by email to obtain an invitation to the Bidders Conference. The Bidders Conference may be recorded using the MS Teams functionality.
