Requirement
The Department for Core Roads of the City of Ottawa (the "City") requires the supply and delivery of One (1) Single Axle Custom Built Flat Bed Truck (the "Vehicle").
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Wednesday, 17 June 2020. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), set out in Price Schedule "A", minus any prompt payment discount offered.
Submission of Tenders
Bidders must Submit their bids electronically through the MERX online system. Bidders are to download this document, complete the required fields, and attach the completed document to its electronic bid AND transcribe their Total Tender Price to their Lump Sum Bid Price in MERX.
