Requirement
The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the "City") is seeking information from qualified suppliers with expertise and experience in providing light Fleet vehicles. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:
(a) Request feedback from qualified suppliers interested in supplying light Fleet vehicles that could meet the City’s requirements, specified herein;
(b) Request information from the supplier community in order to refine the basis of authorization, call-up process, price schedule, period of contract and specifications for inclusion in a future procurement project for supplying light Fleet vehicles;
(c) To provide the supplier community an opportunity to review the draft basis of authorization, call-up process, price schedule, period of contract and specifications and to provide comments thereon;
(d) To seek Vendor Information Sessions / meetings with organizations with the ability to provide solutions for the work contemplated in this RFI.
Submissions or written responses to this RFI should be received by the City no later than end of business day on Wednesday, 29 July 2020. Submissions received after the above due date and time may not be considered.
