The City of Ottawa is seeking Proposals to provide an enterprise revenue management Point of Sale (POS) software solution. The proposed solution must be able to process and record payments across all City payment channels (including online, over the phone and in person). The solution is expected to meet the City’s current and long-term payment processing, tracking, reporting and auditing requirements.
The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFP is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
