Description

The City of Ottawa Fire Services, herein after referred to as the “City”, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of portable gas monitors and related parts on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer.

This RFSO will result in the City authorizing a Standing Offer with up to two (2) responsive and responsible Offeror(s).

Please submit a manufacturer licensing agreement confirming your organization is an authorized distributor. If the letter is not provided with your initial bid, the Offerors shall provide a letter from the manufacturer verifying the existence of such licensing agreement within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a request from the Contracting Authority.
