RFP Announcement 2022/Annonce de demandes de propositions – 2022

Dear Housing Community,
We are pleased to announce that a 2022 Action Ottawa Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available. The RFP can be received by emailing affordablehousingunit@ottawa.ca.

The RFP is for the development of affordable housing for older adults, as well as a new building/space for the Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard at 2040 Arrowsmith Drive. This RFP includes land and the following capital funding:

Up to a total of $5M in City capital.

The deadline for inquiries is Friday, February 4, 2022.
The RFP will close at 3:00pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer que la demande de propositions (DDP) pour le programme Action Ottawa 2022 est maintenant lancée! Pour la recevoir, veuillez écrire à l’adresse unitedulogementabordable@ottawa.ca.

La DDP vise à construire des logements abordables pour les aînés, ainsi qu’un nouveau bâtiment ou nouvel espace pour le Centre de secours alimentaire de Gloucester situé au 2040, promenade Arrowsmith. Elle comprend le bien-fonds et le financement suivant :

Financement total maximal de 5 millions de dollars en fonds d’immobilisations de la Ville.

La date limite pour les demandes de renseignements est le vendredi 4 février 2022.
La DDP prendra fin le mercredi 9 mars 2022 à 15 h.
