Requirement:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the supply and delivery one (1) small cargo van. The Vehicle required will be delivered in a fully operational condition as described, and ready for its intended immediate use, all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of this RFT.
Inquiry Period:
All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority, noted below. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Tuesday, 24 January 2017. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
Closing Date:
All Tender submissions must be received MUST be received NOT LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, on Tuesday, 31 January 2017.
Offers received after this date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
