Requirement

The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the “City”) has a requirement for a Forty-Eight (48) Month Lease of Two (2) All-Wheel Drive (AWD) compact Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) (the “Vehicle(s)”), to be delivered in fully operational condition and ready for its immediate intended use, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ).

Closing Date

Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on 08 August 2019.

Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFQ are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than 30 July 2019. Should the MERX system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority by email.

Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, published in MERX, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
