The City of Ottawa is seeking proposal submissions to provide services to develop and implement a web-based portal to enable the administration and reporting of complaints by users of the City of Ottawa’s Fraud and Waste Hotline and to provide the ongoing operation of a call centre for the Hotline. The Contractor will not be involved in any investigation and/or resolution of complaints raised through the Hotline.

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFP is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
