Description

The City of Iqaluit has initiated a project to expand the capacity and functionality of their current
Public Works garage facility by building a new, standalone structure. The new facility is to
include new garage bays, office space, maintenance workshops and inventory storage space.
Environmental and geotechnical investigations as well as a site survey have been completed
and are included in appendix D.
The successful proponent is to prepare a functional program, present the report to the City
Council, prepare a tender package and perform construction administration activities for the
duration of the construction period. Scope of the consultant is further clarified in Appendix A.
