Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of On-site Property Management Services for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week and for a minimum of ten (10) hours per week for Maintenance/Janitorial Services. Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc. is a non-profit housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc. in Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning March 1, 2024. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis, based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received for the above until 11:30 am local time, December 28, 2023, by Centreville 1 & 2 Non-Profit Housing Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, Attention: Jordan Nixon, Program Administrator, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
