Shamrock Non-Profit Homes Inc. invites sealed proposals for the provision of On-site Property Management Services fifteen (15) hours per week and Maintenance Services twenty-five (25) hours per week. Shamrock Non-Profit Homes Inc. is a non-profit community housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 50 Walford Road, Sudbury, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2023. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Proposals will be received for the above until 12:00 p.m. noon local time on Friday, May 5, 2023 by Shamrock Non-Profit Homes Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
