La Coopérative d'Habitation Antigonish Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of Property Management Services for its housing complex. La Co-opérative d'Habitation Antigonish Inc. is a social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors required fifteen (15) hours per week of property management to be provided on site at 429 Notre Dame Street West in Azilda, ON. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2019. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-to-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evalution and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received until 12 p.m. (noon) local time, Tuesday, July 23, 2019 by La Coopérative d'Habitation Antigonish Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
