Solidarity Lodge Seniors Apartments Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of Property Management / Maintenance Services for its social housing complex. Solidarity Lodge is a non-profit social housing provider funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The Board of Directors required ten (10) hours per week of property management and fifteen (15) hours per week of maintenance to be provided on-site at 111 Notre Dame Avenue in Sudbury. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2018. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year-by-year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager.
Tenders will be received until 12 p.m. (noon) local time, Friday, June 8, 2018 by Solidarity Lodge Seniors Apartments Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9.
