The City of Brooks is inviting proposals from qualified contractors for the preparation of Tourism Operator Business Plans. The maximum project budget is $40,000.
The successful contractor will work with municipalities, non-profit organizations, private businesses, local landowners, developers, investors and entrepreneurs. The primary deliverable of this study will be five (5) to ten (10) “shovel ready” business plans as relates to tourism opportunities within the County of Newell.
In consultation with the project leadership group, the contractor will facilitate a brainstorming session with invited attendees to generate high potential proposals that will create buy-in for investors, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. Following the session, detailed business plans will be produced for investors and entrepreneurs to operate tourism businesses within our region.
