Description

The City of Brooks (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (the Proponent) to provide a Recreation Management System (RMS) to be used in operating the Recreation Department of the City.

The objective of this project is to provide the City a system that will not only replace an existing RMS, but significantly add to the functionality by providing online service offerings to Brooks residents and other Recreation customers.
In order to receive consideration, the Proponent must meet the requirements outlined in this document.
