Sealed Tenders plainly marked on the envelope “Tender for Reservation Road Watermain Replacement Contract 192421.00” to be received by the undersigned until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday August 20th, 2019 at CBCL Limited, 164 Charlotte Street, Suite A, Sydney, NS B1P 1C3.
The project is located in the First Nation Community of Whycocomagh, Inverness County, NS. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the supply and installation of approximately 1,200 m of 200 mm dia. watermain, a temporary watermain approximately 35 water services and associated appurtenances.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender price.
The lowest or any Tender may not be accepted. The right is reserved to reject any or all Tenders or to accept any Tender that may be considered in the best interest of Waycobah First Nation.
