Description

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking to buy a new HR personnel file management (employee files) solution to reduce the paper footprint therefore manage the creation, storage, consultation of files and control of electronic documents. These documents will either be received electronically and/or scanned into searchable documents (i.e. PDF). These employee files would be accessible and managed centrally, however, it’s expected that temporary read-only access may be granted to managers and HR partners from time to time. The documents should be archived inside the CBC official EDRMS system Livelink (i.e. Content Server) from Opentext.
