Description

CBC/Radio-Canada Legal Services are seeking a case management software to replace Casetrack, which is used currently by Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver locations. Mitratech, the company owning the rights to Casetrack, decided to discontinue this product.

CBC/Radio-Canada Legal Services have been using Casetrack to manage, archive and keep track of legal cases since 2000 and are looking for a replacement.

CBC/Radio-Canada is looking for a bilingual software and the associated maintenance/support that will allow Legal Services to manage and archive all aspects of their legal cases. The software shall also offer some financial capabilities, as well as be, to a certain degree, customizable by privileged users.
