Mobile Application Re-Design and Re-Development
Introduction
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) is a Crown corporation with headquarters in Ottawa and is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports.

Objective
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) has an immediate requirement for the to procure services for the re-design and re-development of CATSA's mobile application (including design, API integration, testing, and implementation), and related support and maintenance services, to replace CATSA's current mobile application, for an initial term of three years from the Service Commencement Date, and two option periods of one year, as further described in Schedule "A" (Statement of Work) of this RFP.
Mandatory Requirement
The bidder must provide a statement in the form of a letter within its tehcnical offer that it has provided services in support of building a mobile application and successfully completed delivery of a final mobile application to at least one customer in the past three years (that is, services ending on a date no earlier than July 31, 2014), similar in scope to CATSA's requirement, as further described in Schedule "A" (Statement of Work) of this RFP. NOTE: The bidder's experience will also be evaluated as part of Section 4 (Rated Requirements).
Rated Requirements and Presentation
The RFP contains all the detailed rated technical and presentation requirements as well as their associated rating.
Contractor Selection
The RFP contains the basis for contractor selection.
Security Requirements
The RFP does not contain contractor personnel security requirements.The RFP does contain I.T. Security Requirements.
