Notice of Proposed Procurement
Introduction
The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (“CATSA”) is a Crown corporation with headquarters in Ottawa and is responsible for the delivery of consistent, effective and efficient screening of passengers and non-passengers in designated airports.

Description
CATSA has a requirement for Graphic Design Production Services, beginning on or about April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021. For more details, see the RFP documents attached.
Mandatory Requirement
At a minimum, the Bidder MUST provide one description of a project that has been completed in the last five years that demonstrates its ability to successfully deliver graphic design services for a national, multi-audience public awareness marketing campaign for a federal government body. The project should include the application of elements of the Federal Identity Program (FIP).
The project description should include:
- Brief Description (objective, scope, methodology, deliverables, how the objectives were met/results);
- Creative samples in both official languages;
- Project Duration (month and year); and
- Name of client contact and telephone number.
At a minimum, the project MUST be accompanied by a statement in the form of a letter that confirms the Bidder’s ability to deliver services and graphically designed products in both official languages throughout the duration of the Contract.
Rated Requirements and Presentation
The RFP contains all the detailed rated technical and presentation requirements as well as their associated rating.
Contractor Selection
The RFP contains the basis for contractor selection.
Security Requirements
The RFP does not contain contractor personnel security requirements.
