RFP 3 FD 01/19 - Donor Loyalty Program

The Canadian Red Cross (CRC) requires a supplier to develop the multitude of touch points, cadence and content that will become CRC’s all-inclusive donor loyalty program and donor experience. The strategy must fit within CRC’s strategic analytical framework and analytical recommender system (currently in development). The focus is on creating individualized donor journeys that will be personalized across all media (email, phone, text, mail, etc.) driven by best practices in loyalty and customer/donor experience. The project will focus on both new acquisitions and existing donors and will aim to increase donor engagement and lifetime spend with CRC. CRC requires a three- year agreement with the successful bidder; bids should take this into consideration.
