Description

CRC is soliciting information from industry so that it may select a service provider to provide a platform for customer/donor journey analytics.
CRC is looking at putting in place a 3-year term agreement with the selected Bidder (subject to negotiation).

The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to locate a source that will provide the best overall value to CRC. While price is a significant factor, other criteria will form the basis of the award decision, as more fully described in the Evaluation Criteria, below.

As set out in more detail below, this RFP seeks the following information:

Respondent capabilities.

Cost information for services and cost containment/reduction strategies.
Ideas and suggestions to optimize the customer/donor experience.
Identification of key performance indicators (“KPI”) and Service Level Agreements (“SLA”) that will allow CRC staff to select a Bidder who can provide a useable platform as well as act as a strategic partner.
