The Canadian Red Cross (“CRC”) is soliciting information from industry so that it may select a service provider for a full-service digital agency to become our agency of record. CRC is looking at putting in place a three (3) year term agreement with the option to extend two (2) consecutive (1) year extensions with the Successful Bidder.
CRC’s Philanthropy team utilizes large mass marketing programs to raise funds and engage donors. CRC is looking to put a greater focus on integrated marketing campaigns across all mass marketing channels (direct mail, telemarketing, online, face-to-face, Short Message Service etc.) as well as improve our digital fundraising campaigns and overall program performance. Digital Marketing has played a key role in CRC’s fundraising strategy for many years with the program largely been directed by internal teams. As the digital marketing program grows and is expected to play an even greater role as revenue generating channel in the years to come, expert level strategic direction, as well as technical and tactical expertise is required.
