Bidders must submit three (3) hard copies of their Quotation (one (1) original and two (2) additional copies) plus an electronic version on USB key (including any addenda). In the event there are deviations between the original and any copies, the original hard copy shall prevail. Submissions sent by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Submissions are to be prominently marked with the RFQ title and number (see below) with the full legal name and return address of the bidder, and with the submission deadline.
