Description

The overall objective of the project is to develop a national agriculture and food workforce strategy.
The research described in this Request for Proposals (RFP) will inform the development of the workforce strategy. It will investigate the local infrastructures varying state of readiness to support the attraction and retention of a skilled workforce. Industry representatives will have the knowledge required to recommend advances to local infrastructure development ensuring the appropriate factors are available for a sustainable workforce for Canada’s agricultural and food and beverage manufacturing sectors.
