CAHRC is a non-profit that has historically relied significantly on federal government funding for product development and service delivery. There has been significant investment in the development of these products, tools, training and services. It is essential that CAHRC establish stronger and more diversified revenue streams to ensure sustainable delivery of these resources and services beyond March 31, 2024 when the current funding for this work ends. Successfully sustaining this work will need two areas of focus: 1) revenue generation to fund sustained delivery and availability of the products, tools and resources, and; 2) organizational systems and processes in place that support the most efficient and effective workflow management for the team going forward.

The objective of the work included in this RFP is to engage a service provider to:
- evaluate the project deliverables, including training, products and services;
- recommend a strategy for revenue generation to sustain this work, including continued funding opportunities, pricing strategies and business development strategies, and;
- review current processes and recommend revisions to ensure the organization can effectively and efficiently support the work to sustain product and service delivery post-funding.
