Description

PURPOSE: Ingenium and PSAC Local 70401 have agreed, as part of the Collective Agreement
2016-2020, to update the Job Evaluation Plan which was established in 2005. The Job Evaluation
Plan consists of the Classification Standard, the Job Evaluation Questionnaire (JEQ), and
Benchmark positions.
OBJECTIVE: To review and update the Classification Standard, JEQ, and Benchmark positions,
and then to evaluate all positions within the bargaining unit, as well as excluded positions, based on
the revised Job Evaluation Plan.
TIMEFRAME: The review and update of the Job Evaluation Plan will begin before April 1, 2018.
Once this review and update are complete, the evaluation of all positions shall take no more than
eighteen (18) months.
COSTING MODEL: Consultants are to provide a costing model to reflect 3 Phases of the project.
