Canada Post Corporation has a requirement for ground transportation of mail in Eastern and Western Canada on an as needed basis when National incumbent carriers do not have capacity. This requirement will provide additional capacity beyond our existing scheduled National Highway Services. The objective of this Request for proposal (RFP) is to award Agreements for a term of up to 1 year.
