The Canada Council for the Arts is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit their proposals by August 21st, highlighting how their expertise and services can assist the Council in the design and implementation of its next Employee Engagement Survey, which is being planned for October 2018. The Council is committed to fostering a healthy and engaging workplace where its 250+ passionate and talented employees can fully participate and contribute to advancing Council's mandate. To this end, we survey our staff every 2 years to measure employee engagement and identify our strengths as an employer, as well as the areas where we can improve. The Council adapts the Public Service Employee Survey questionnaire to its unique needs, so that we can also benchmark our results to similar workplaces. The successful firm will have in-depth expertise and the capacity to help us design and implement a detailed engagement survey that will measure satisfaction with a wide range of different factors such as position, team, supervisor, workplace, well-being, senior management, etc. The firm will also have in-depth experience at measuring employee engagement, interpreting results and providing advice and recommendations to senior management. Lastly, the successful firm will be one that is able to carry out in a way that guarantees employee confidentiality and anonymity, as well as secure data handling and storage.
