Additional Bidding Instructions

Responses to be submitted in a sealed package clearly labeled with the RFP name and the Contact Person’s name.
Proponents shall submit two (2) printed copies and one (1) electronic copy on a USB stick to CMLC. Electronic RFP responses are to be in PDF (.pdf) format only and all components shall be formatted and combined into one file. Responses submitted by email will not be accepted. In the event of differences between the electronic copy and hard copy, the hard copy shall govern.
