Part 1: Management Team Coaching
As part of CADTH’s commitment to leadership development, it’s our practice to provide confidential coaching support to all members of our management team. Management coaching has been in place for approximately 14 years. From first time managers to experienced leaders, the coach works with each program participant relative to their respective development goals in support of business objectives. CADTH has adopted the LEADS leadership development program. The coach integrates LEADS concepts in coaching conversations, making theory practical, and supporting a systematic approach to leadership development.
Part 2: Executive Team Coaching
CADTH has a small executive team requiring significant breadth and depth of executive leadership competency individually and as a team – from strategic planning to business savvy to systems thinking, change management and optimizing results. Executive coaching has been in place for approximately 8 years. CADTH prides itself on being customer focused, providing relevant and timely products in a complex environment. This challenges us to be networked, adaptable, and innovative. We benefit from senior leadership coaching services. CADTH has adopted the LEADS framework. The CADTH executive coach integrates LEADS concepts in coaching conversations, making theory practical, and supporting a systematic approach to leadership development.
