As part of CADTH’s commitment to leadership development, it has been our practice to provide confidential coaching support to selected executive leadership and management team members. As a component of the leadership development at CADTH, coaching is a critical tool for developing leaders at all levels to fulfill their potential and solve complex challenges.

From new managers to executive leaders, the coach is expected to work with each program participant and their manager on development goals to support CADTH’s Strategic Business Objectives.

We are looking to build a roster of coaches to provide leadership coaching support services to our leadership team. The coach would meet with a selected leadership team member on a schedule agreeable to both parties. These confidential meetings would be one hour long and follow a standard coaching cycle: 1. Identify areas for growth; 2. Set criteria; 3. Discuss practice: 4. Compare practice to criteria; 5. Suggest change.
