Prior to submitting a Response to this RFP, it is mandatory that Proponents;
- Contact the listed Facilities Services Representative to schedule the required site visit for each location that the Proponent wishes to submit a response to.
- visually inspect each location they wish to submit a response to,
- ensure they are familiar with site accessibility, current bus and fire routes, all snow management requirements and any potential obstacles,
Instructions given at the site must be adhered to for the duration of the Contract and will become an integral part of the “Scope of Work” for that location.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All Proponents are requested to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of the Non-Financial Criteria in this envelope. The second envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of Appendix A – Pricing Sheet and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix A - Pricing Sheet in this second envelope. Each envelope should be sealed. The RFP name, number, and Proponent's company name should be clearly shown on the outside of both and/or all envelopes. All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator at;
