All Proponents are requested to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of the Non-Financial Criteria in this envelope. The second envelope should contain one (1) original paper copy of Appendix A – Pricing Sheet and one (1) electronic copy (USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix A Pricing Sheet in this second envelope. All responses must be submitted, on or before the submission deadline, to the attention of the Document Coordinator at;
