Description

The Shared Purchasing Service Consortium of Grey-Bruce is requesting responses to this RFT for the removal and disposal of a designated area of existing roof and roof replacement using Hot Applied 3-Ply Asphalt Modified Built-Up Roofing systems at two Bluewater District School Board locations.

Osprey Central School is located in Maxwell, Ontario. The Roof Sections which require replacement at Osprey Central School are Roof Section A3 and Roof Section B1 with an approximate combined total of 4,313 square feet. Grey Highlands Secondary School located in Flesherton, Ontario. The Roof Section(s) which require replacement at Grey Highlands Secondary School are Sections 1.0 and 1.1 with an approximate total of 14,508 square feet

There will be a mandatory site meeting on February 15, 2018. The Mandatory Site Meeting at Osprey Central School will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. All Proponents must meet outside of the main entrance of Osprey Central School located at 408053 Grey County Road 4 Maxwell, Ontario.
The scheduled start time for the site visit at Grey Highlands Secondary School is 11:15 a.m. However, should the site meeting at Osprey Central School require more time than allotted, the start time for the site visit at Grey Highlands Secondary School may, at the sole discretion of the Board, be delayed. All Proponents must meet outside of the main entrance of Grey Highlands Secondary School located at 100 Toronto Road South in Flesherton, Ontario.
