Description

PLEASE CONTACT RFP COORDINATOR FOR COVID19 UPDATES AFFECTING THIS SOLICITATION
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified Proponents to submit
proposals for the provision of the following services.
1. Monitoring of Fire & Security Systems, Alarms and Elevators
2. Inspection and Testing of Fire Safety Equipment, Systems and Alarms
3. Maintenance and Repair Services of Fire Safety Equipment, Systems and Alarms

The term of this agreement shall be for two years (2), unless otherwise provided herein,
terminating on August 31, 2023. The Board(s) reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to exercise an option to renew the contract for up to three (3) additional two (2) year
periods, provided that prior written notice of at least sixty (60) days is given to the
supplier by the Board(s). The terms and conditions of each contract term would remain
the same as for the initial contract period.
