Description

The Bluewater District School Board is preparing to commence with a two-phase renovation project at Owen Sound District Secondary School (OSDSS) located in Owen Sound, Ontario.
The Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB) is requesting qualified Construction Management companies to submit a response to this RFP for the provision of Construction Management Services for the proposed renovations and site work at Owen Sound District Secondary School over a two-year period of time.

Proponents must submit one (1) original paper copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) original paper copy of Appendix N – Pricing and Fee Form. Proponents are also requested to submit one (1) electronic copy of the Non-Financial Criteria and one (1) electronic copy (CD-ROM or USB Flash Drive/Memory Stick) of Appendix N- Pricing and Fee Form. All Proponents are asked to submit their Proposals using two (2) envelopes. One envelope should contain the Non-Financial Criteria and the other envelope should be designated for Appendix N – Pricing and Fee Form. Each envelope should be sealed and clearly marked ‘RFP 17-1033 Construction Management Services’
