BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada LP (BGIS) on behalf of the Infrastructure Ontario Corporation is inviting Contractors firms to submit proposals to provide professional services as detailed in BGIS’s Request for Tender.
NDA is NOT required
BGIS requires the services of a qualified Contractor for the following project and scope of services:
Description of Project:
The Work of this Contract involves the redevelopment of the existing exterior ponds and surrounding landscaped spaces at the main entrance area (i.e. Level 2) at the existing Willet Green Miller centre located at 933 Ramsey Lake Road in Sudbury, Ontario.
The landscaping work includes reworking the existing grades to suit the new hard surface treatments and landscaping features (i.e. trees, shrubs, plantings, etc.) planned at the former ponds, including reworking the existing rock works (i.e. boulders, river stones, etc.) as required to suit the new site finishes.
The scope also includes the decommissioning of the existing pool equipment (i.e. pumps and filter systems) in the pump equipment room located on Level 1, as well as reworking the existing storm water piping system to suit site drainage.
The Work is to be carefully sequenced in order to facilitate ongoing access to the main entrance with a portion of the existing visitor parking lot designated for contractor mobilization and storage.
The Contractor is to perform the Work during regular business hours of the building which are typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
A detailed Two-Weeks look ahead is to be submitted to BGIS PM with a prior notice of 5 working days to coordinate with facility.
OPS Security Clearances are required for all personnel involved with the project.

A mandatory site visit and briefing will be held at 10:00 AM local time on November 20th, 2023 at 933 Ramsey Lake Rd, Sudbury ON to discuss issues related to the RFT. (Failure to attend and register may/will result in disqualification).
Tenders will be received no later than 14:00 local time on December 20th, 2023 Late or misdirected proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
